Clinical Therapy - Healing & Inner Work
If you’re working through emotional pain, healing from past wounds, or dealing with mental health challenges, therapy offers a safe and confidential space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Through therapeutic work, we address patterns, emotions, and experiences that affect your well-being. Therapy can provide diagnoses, clinical insight, and evidence-based treatment to support healing and long-term mental health.
Transition to College Workshop
This workshop is designed to help high school seniors and new college students feel confident, prepared, and grounded as they navigate one of the biggest transitions of their lives. We cover practical and emotional skills students can start using right away. Students leave with clear strategies, increased confidence, and a better sense of what college life realistically looks and feels like. This workshop is warm, practical, and designed to set them up for a successful start. Ongoing Support- In addition to the workshop, I also offer ongoing one-on-one coaching for students who want continued guidance as they adjust, grow, and navigate their first year with more confidence and support.
Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for master’s-level students working toward their mental health counseling or social work degrees, as well as clinicians pursuing their social work licensure. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in practical skill-building.My goal is to help emerging clinicians grow into grounded, ethical, and effective practitioners while feeling supported every step of the way.
Self-Care Summit
The Self-Care Summit is a full-day, immersive retreat designed to help participants reset, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through movement, creativity, mindfulness, and guided reflection, this experience offers space to pause, breathe, and realign with what matters most.Participants leave feeling lighter, more centered, and equipped with tools to support their well-being long after the summit ends.
